- Add DeprecationWarning to RenderStage.__init__()
- Document that RenderStage uses legacy rendering code
- Recommend modern pipeline stages as replacement
- ItemsStage already has deprecation warning
- Tests pass (515 core tests, legacy failures pre-existing)
