• Run — added --no-font-picker, --font-file, --font-dir, --font-index flags
• Config — added FONT_INDEX and FONT_PICKER rows; clarified FONT_PATH as derived (not hardcoded); dropped the old font note
• Fonts — new dedicated section describing the bundled demo faces, picker navigation (↑/↓, j/k), and how to add custom fonts
• How it works — added font picker boot step; clarified the two-gradient system (green for ticker, magenta for ntfy messages)
• Architecture — app.py description now mentions font picker TUI
• Footer — updated to clarify that only script/translation fonts are macOS-specific; primary font is now user-selectable
