The current PIPELINE.md document contains outdated legacy flowcharts that don't reflect the new Stage-based pipeline architecture with capability-based dependency resolution.

Requirements:

  • Update flowchart diagrams to show Stage-based structure
  • Document capability-based dependency resolution
  • Update examples to use new Stage adapters
  • Remove references to deprecated pipeline structure
