Initial commit — Mainline

Adds mainline.py (the full application) and a complete README.md.

mainline.py is a self-contained terminal consciousness stream: OTF-font headline rendering via Pillow half-blocks, left-to-right ANSI gradient, ~25 curated RSS feeds, per-region auto-translation, mic-reactive glitch effects, and a --poetry mode pulling public-domain text from Project Gutenberg. Self-bootstraps its own venv on first run.

README.md covers usage, config knobs, how the render pipeline works, and a brainstorm section for future improvements.
