feat: power-loss boot resilience for Klubhaus DietPi
- restart: always for stack services
- harden-boot.sh: fsck.repair, panic reboot, hardware watchdog,
docker+zerotier enabled, klubhaus-stack.service autostart
- kuma-online.sh: push up-heartbeat to Kuma on boot
