as a site owner,
I want to be able to assign a vhost style URL to a club
so that I can host multiple clubs on a single instance of EuchreCamp

  • users should be associated with one or more clubs
  • tournaments are associated with one club
  • ratings are universal and unitary, in other words a player only has a single rating at any point in time
  • rankings are club specific, for now, although there should probably be a global ranking admin view that includes players from all clubs
